Phoenix Lavin

Design & Construction Interface & Transition Manager
Programmed FM

Winner of the FMANZ Brian Happy FM of the Year 2018 award, Phoenix currently represents Programmed FM in the Private Public Partnership with the Ministry of Education for the construction of four new schools based in Auckland, Christchurch and Queenstown.
As an FM she goes beyond managing the operational requirements of a contract and is a specialist in transition and soft landings.

Commencing her career in FM in 2003, Phoenix brings with her the dual perspective of understanding the operational and strategic aspects of FM. She strives to ensure that the design is not compromised by the inability to be maintained in a sustainable manner and takes into consideration how the building is going to be used by its occupants.

With a natural flair for presentation and communication, Phoenix is a passionate advocate for the vital role that Facilities Management industry can play at concept design stage.
