Leah Singer

Leah is a freelance consultant in the construction industry and the chair of PrefabNZ. With both an Architecture degree and an MBA Leah has provided a variety of services to the industry including extensive design management for main contractors, quality systems analysis for architects, and business consultancy for offsite manufacturers. She’s also worked directly at the coalface on a wide range of delivery models that have included Collaborative Working Arrangements and multiple Design and Builds.

Leah’s love of both problem solving and supporting continuous industry improvement led her into the research space where she recently authored two industry reports on public sector procurement – one for the New Zealand Institute of Architects and the other for Infrastructure New Zealand. It is on the key learnings from these that Leah will present.
