Please note that these details can be amended in the lead up to the event and we will not print the programme until we have confirmed details with all speakers, through out proofing process 4 week prior to the event.
Do I need to register for the event?
Yes. Please visit the registration page HERE. Once you start the registration, one of the options is 'Registration Type', simply choose the speaker option. You should receive a confirmation email right away from Eventbrite.
Is registration free for everyone? What will I get access to?
Yes. Registering for the event will allow each visitor to attend the exhibition, all features summits and networking events, workshops, presentations and much more. Check out the What's On and Summits tabs for further information online at www.aucklandbuildexpo.com.
Can I bring my colleagues and clients?
The more the merrier! We welcome your whole company and all of your relevant contacts to attend all areas of Auckland Build. Please share the website link with everyone you know and have them register for their free tickets. You can also refer your contacts, following the 'Refer a Colleague/Contact' link above and we will send them an invite and details on how to register.
Is it possible for a speaker to become an event sponsor or exhibit at the event?
Yes. If you are interested in sponsoring or exhibiting at the event, please get in touch with email@example.com and we will send you further details.
Is it possible for a speaker to become a media/event partner?
Yes. If you are interested in supporting the event either as an official event partner or as a media organisation, please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will I receive my badge?
You can download your ticket from Eventbrite at anytime after you register online. Make sure you bring a copy of your ticket print / or via smart phone to the event to collect your badge at the registration desk on the day.
When will I receive the visitor guide and full agenda?
The visitor guide contains the full schedule for the two day event. You will receive the final visitor guide at the venue on the day of the event. However, all event information will be added to the event website in the meantime: www.aucklandbuildexpo.com.
How do I sort my transport and accommodation?
Speakers are responsible for booking their own transportation and accommodation for the event. A list of accommodation options and any discounts available, as well as local transport options, can be found under the Visit Us tab on the event website.
What do I do when I arrive to the venue?
On arrival at the venue, please follow the signs to the registration desk and collect your badge and then report to your designated summit/workshop area. My colleagues will inform me/the on-site management team of your arrival so that we can be put in touch ahead of your participation time.
Will presentations be distributed after the event?
We will get in touch, a few weeks after the event, seeking permission to distribute your presentation to our general visitors. You are welcome to opt out or provide redacted slides if you prefer. We will not distribute slides when the presenter has not given permission.
